How I Got My First Chance to Work in marine Welding When I first started my welding journey , I never imagined that one day I would get exposure to marine and shipyard fabrication type work. My early days were full of normal structural welding, shop fabrication, repair jobs and position practice. Marine side work always sounded like something very advanced and risky. I used to think only top level welders go there. But slowly, as my skills improved and I got more site exposure, I got a chance to work in a shipyard-related fabrication environment where marine structures and heavy components were handled.
